Marketing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Marketing Support

• Understand products, manufacturing processes, and technical specifications in depth.
• Translate technical features into marketable solutions for clients.
• Provide technical input to marketing campaigns, brochures, and product presentations.

Client Engagement and Sales Support

• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Respond to technical queries from customers and provide solutions aligned with production capabilities.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and technical documentation for clients.

Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide insights to the production and engineering teams for product development or improvement.
• Analyze feedback from clients to suggest product enhancements or new offerings.

Product Launch and Promotion

• Support product launches with technical training for sales teams and marketing personnel.
• Create and maintain technical content for product catalogs, presentations, and digital platforms.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client events.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure alignment between product capabilities and marketing strategies.
• Assist in resolving technical issues related to client requirements or product specifications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in products and services.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in marketing engineering, technical sales, or product marketing in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering concepts, and product specifications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CAD software, and technical documentation.
