Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms to support brand awareness and lead generation.
- Content Management: Assist in creating, editing, and managing marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, presentations, and website content.
- Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate with digital teams to manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media activities; monitor engagement and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Event Management: Organize and manage corporate events, trade shows, webinars, and product launches, ensuring consistent brand representation.
- Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis, gather market insights, and assist in identifying new marketing opportunities or trends.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all communication channels and materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to improve future marketing efforts.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners for advertising, print, and promotional activities.
- Budget Management: Support the marketing manager in tracking marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
