Manhattan WMS Professional

• Work on Manhattan WMoS warehouse management system functional and technical workflows.

• Assist in configuration of WMS modules and support end-to-end warehouse operations processes.

• Participate in Functional Integration Testing (FIT) and execution of WES scenarios.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover activities, and hyper care support during deployments.

• Analyze and resolve functional, technical, and integration-related issues in WMS environments.

• Contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) creation and documentation.

• Develop training materials to support business and technical teams.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth warehouse execution processes.

• Strong experience in warehouse management system operations and testing.

• Ensure system stability and support continuous improvement initiatives.
