Manager/Sr Manager Medical Coding

Role Responsibilities

1. Oversee coding operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and SLA adherence
2. Drive client communications, manage escalations, and ensure timely delivery of reports
3. Lead and mentor coding teams, define KPIs, and plan for capacity vs. workload
4. Maintain HIPAA/ISO compliance and implement continuous process improvement
