Job Description

Transaction Management

  • Execute a variety of real estate transactions, including capital and lease acquisitions, sale and leasebacks, and disposition transactions.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to define objectives and agree on requirements for strategy and transaction.

Process Governance

  • Ensure adherence to transaction processes, business cases, and approval processes.
  • Operate as a quality control point, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and meet required parameters.

Financial Acumen

  • Prepare and evaluate financial analysis documents.
  • Support budget forecasting for clients.
  • Forecast revenue and manage projects to meet monthly cashflow targets.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong and sustainable working relationships with clients.
  • Help clients navigate through the JLL delivery platform efficiently.

People Management

  • Manage brokers across geographies.
  • Actively engage with internal stakeholders and the wider corporate real estate team in a collaborative manner.
  • Oversee complex activities across multiple countries/properties/services.

Commercial Acumen

  • Understand account profitability and formulate an account plan to achieve revenue and performance targets.
  • Leverage technology and new products within JLL to deliver next-generation benefits for clients.

Operating a Global Account

  • Ensure alignment with a global strategy.
  • Provide tangible solutions for clients and guide teams on the best way forward.

Key Requirements:

  • Great Communicator: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and manage diverse interest groups.
  • Ambitious: Results-oriented, with confidence to liaise with all levels of management.
  • Resilient: Adaptability and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
  • Experienced: 6-8 years of experience in real estate, working with MNC clients and managing teams.
