Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage B2B sales operations and drive business growth in the assigned region.
- Handle key accounts along with numerous other dispersed clients.
- Track sales forecasts, business volume, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Travel as required to meet clients and manage accounts effectively.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- 4–9 years of experience in sales, preferably B2B.
- Prior experience in Food & Pharma industries is preferred.
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
