Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2B sales operations and drive business growth in the assigned region.
  • Handle key accounts along with numerous other dispersed clients.
  • Track sales forecasts, business volume, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Travel as required to meet clients and manage accounts effectively.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • 4–9 years of experience in sales, preferably B2B.
  • Prior experience in Food & Pharma industries is preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
