Key Responsibilities
Benefits Strategy & Design
- Lead the development and execution of benefits strategies across health, group benefits, leave, recognition, and retirement programs
- Monitor market trends and benchmarking data to recommend market-leading benefits and ensure ROI
- Continuously explore new avenues to launch innovative and competitive benefits offerings
Vendor & Insurance Management
- Lead and govern the annual insurance renewal process, including plan performance evaluation, design inputs, and rollout
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators
- Conduct vendor evaluations, RFP processes, and renewals to ensure optimal service delivery
Change Management & Communication
- Design and conduct change management sessions, including roadshows, to communicate benefits initiatives to employees
- Design and oversee the organization's annual recognition program
- Ensure benefits programs are effectively communicated and understood across the organization
KRA & Performance Management
- Co-manage the KRA and annual goal-setting process for senior executives
- Ensure alignment of KRA objectives with organizational priorities and business goals
Compliance & Process Excellence
- Ensure benefits administration is compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and finance teams to streamline processes and maintain accuracy
- Apply fiscal prudence while designing and delivering benefits programs
AI & Technology Enablement
- Leverage AI tools to enhance benefits portfolio management and drive automation where applicable
- Adopt new systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and employee experience
