Key Responsibilities

R2R Process Ownership & Transformation

• Own administration, configuration, and governance of financial systems (especially BlackLine)
• Drive transformation initiatives across R2R processes including reconciliation, certification, and financial close
• Identify and eliminate manual processes through automation and standardization

System Design & Implementation

• Design and optimize automated reconciliation and accounting workflows
• Ensure system configurations align with internal controls, audit requirements, and compliance standards
• Work with SAP and finance systems integration for seamless data flow

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations
• Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Reduce operational risk through process redesign and governance frameworks

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams to translate business needs into system solutions
• Communicate system changes, benefits, and impacts to stakeholders and leadership
• Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced global environment

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to financial controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain strong documentation of processes and system configurations
