Manager, Record To Report

Key Responsibilities:

• Own administration, governance, and configuration of the BlackLine platform supporting Record-to-Report processes, focusing on cash management.
• Design, implement, and optimize automated reconciliation, certification, and financial close processes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and operational risk through automation and standardization.
• Ensure BlackLine configurations maintain internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance standards.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance Transformation, and Technology teams to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements across the Record-to-Report landscape.
• Communicate system changes, benefits, and impacts clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Promote operational excellence and risk mitigation within finance processes.
