This role at MOSAIC Wellness is for a highly skilled and innovative Manager - Nutraceutical Products to lead the development of new formulations, especially in powder formats, premixes, and nutri-mixes. You'll bring hands-on product development experience and a strong grasp of FSSAI regulations, driving projects from concept through to successful commercialization.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Product Development: Formulate and develop innovative nutraceutical products, focusing on powders, premixes, and nutri-mixes.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products comply with FSSAI regulations and other applicable quality standards.
• Ingredient Management: Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality raw materials and evaluate functional ingredients.
• Process Optimization: Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance product stability, shelf-life, and sensory characteristics.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with R&D, quality assurance, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product launches.
• Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, new ingredients, and scientific advancements within the nutraceutical industry.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of formulations, trials, stability studies, and regulatory approvals.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in nutraceutical product formulation, particularly with powder-based products.
• Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations, labeling requirements, and food safety guidelines.
• Hands-on experience in product testing, sensory evaluation, and stability studies.
• Ability to troubleshoot formulation and production issues.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
