Job Description
- Prepare detailed project budgets and forecasts, analysing and reporting on variances.
- Monitor project costs, tracking expenditures and ensuring proper allocation.
- Collaborate with project managers and key stakeholders to develop financial reports and project metrics.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of project accounts, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Manage invoicing processes, ensuring timely billing and collections from clients.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing detailed project cost documentation.
- Review and approve timesheets, expense reports, and other project-related financial documents.
- Partner cross functionally both within finance and globally across functions (operations, tax, audit, accounts payable, accounting, legal, etc)
