Manager | SAP MM |

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the SAP MM module implementation, configuration, and support efforts, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Manage a team of SAP MM functional consultants, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design SAP solutions.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP MM functionalities, including procurement, inventory management, material valuation, and vendor management.
• Ensure the successful integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, WM, FICO) and third-party applications.
• Conduct system testing (unit, integration, user acceptance testing) and resolve any issues that arise during testing phases.
• Provide ongoing support for SAP MM operations, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with developers for system improvements.
• Continuously monitor and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Manage and drive SAP MM-related projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations.
• Provide expert advice on best practices and innovative approaches to materials management and procurement using SAP.
• Work with SAP BASIS and other technical teams to ensure proper system maintenance, performance tuning, and optimal system availability.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices in the SAP MM module.
• Manage user training and documentation for SAP MM-related processes and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of [X] years of experience working with SAP MM (Materials Management), including at least [Y] years in a managerial or leadership role.
• SAP certification in MM module is preferred.
• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration, implementation, and support.
• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end business processes in procurement, inventory management, and materials planning.
• Experience in integrating SAP MM with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, WM, FICO) and external systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues.
• Excellent understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Solid experience in project management, managing cross-functional teams, and leading SAP-related initiatives.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

• Experience in managing or overseeing global SAP MM rollouts and system migrations.

• Experience with SAP MM in a large, complex organizational environment.
