Job Description
• Design, manage, and deliver blended learning and training programs across technical and non-technical teams
• Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS), course administration, and training content curation
• Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for employees
• Work with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop training strategies
• Track training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics
• Build dashboards and reports for senior leadership using data insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, finance, procurement, legal) for program execution
• Manage multiple training programs simultaneously with risk identification and mitigation
• Improve learning programs through continuous feedback and process optimization
• Leverage AI tools and modern learning technologies to enhance training delivery
• Mentor and coach trainers or facilitators for better delivery outcomes
