Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end learning programs including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation
  • Identify training needs by collaborating with stakeholders across business, procurement, legal, and finance teams
  • Oversee Learning Management System (LMS) operations including course creation, administration, tracking, and reporting
  • Conduct classroom and blended learning sessions ensuring high-quality training delivery
  • Analyze training effectiveness using performance metrics, feedback, and business KPIs
  • Build dashboards and reports for senior leadership using Excel and Power BI
  • Drive continuous improvement in learning content, facilitation methods, and training processes
  • Support coaching, mentoring, and capability development of facilitators and team members
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, and ethics guidelines
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective risk identification and mitigation
  • Leverage AI tools and digital technologies to improve learning efficiency and delivery quality
