Manager Lean Operations

• Lead assigned Lean transformation projects independently by applying strong change management and project management practices to avoid conflicts and ensure successful delivery.
• Own and manage the local Lean implementation roadmap, covering both short-term initiatives during the Lean project phase and long-term continuous improvement goals.
• Ensure appropriate cross-functional team involvement during Lean projects and provide relevant training to facilitate knowledge transfer and sustainability.
• Support and enhance performance management frameworks, including defining, monitoring, and reporting KPIs, structuring review meetings, performance dialogues, and driving implementation of corrective actions.
• Deliver training and coaching to site-level Lean teams in line with Lean Academy curriculum and methodology.
• Manage the end-to-end IDEA Generation Program – from ideation, evaluation, to implementation and ensure its continuity and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science is required.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory processes involved in drug discovery and development is essential.
