Manager - Infrastructure

Job Overview:

• Oversee project operations focused on the execution and completion of civil and interior works for expansive commercial office building campuses. This includes managing the execution of Civil Interior Works that support MEP systems, ensuring alignment with design objectives for successful and timely project delivery.
• Conduct design reviews to optimize Civil Interiors and Structural MEP designs, specifications, and Bill of Quantities for both new constructions and renovation projects.
• Perform technical and commercial assessments of vendor proposals, preparing comparative analyses and recommendations. Regularly update standards and specifications to ensure compliance with current regulations, including the National Building Code 2016, ECBC, USGBC LEED, and other relevant codes and sustainable building practices. Promote innovation and the integration of cutting-edge technologies to create world-class buildings and campuses. Candidates should possess extensive knowledge and experience in Civil Interiors within a campus environment, as well as manage additional infrastructure-related tasks.
• Exhibit strong project management and coordination capabilities along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external teams.
