Role & responsibilities

  6. Executive Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations on HR-related matters.
  7. Data Analysis: Utilize HR analytics to make data-driven decisions that improve efficiency and guide strategic direction.
