Job Description
- Manage a global organization of 30+ HR Shared Services professionals, including 3 direct reports.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to build a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
- Drive a mindset of continuous improvement and individual development.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and manage resource planning.
- Mentor and coach next-level leaders to build a strong talent pipeline and succession pool.
- Foster inclusivity and collaboration across global teams, promoting a unified 'one team' culture.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement strategies aligning HR Shared Services with broader business goals.
- Identify and lead process improvement and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay current with HR Shared Services industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Optimize service delivery models across time zones and locations to meet evolving business needs.
Service Delivery
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring accurate and timely HR service delivery.
- Manage and resolve escalated HR issues and inquiries.
- Establish and monitor team performance benchmarks and SLAs/KPIs.
- Report regularly on service metrics and improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR business partners, payroll, and other cross-functional teams.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Drive adoption of automation, AI, and relevant tools within HR Shared Services.
- Lead initiatives to modernize processes while ensuring compliance and quality.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in Human Resources or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 10+ years' experience spanning talent development, organizational development, and performance management.
- 5+ years interacting with senior leadership.
- 3+ years in a managerial role with direct reports.
