Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage the production plan for the respective department.
- Deliver timely and accurate analysis of samples to meet customer commitments.
- Maintain record control, ensure measurement traceability, review and approve testing reports.
- Maintain Standard Reference Materials, chemicals, reagents, and glassware used in the laboratory.
- Support installation and validation of new analytical equipment and methods, including transfer of methods from Eurofins Group.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and validate non-standard and non-routine test methods.
- Train, review, and appraise laboratory staff skills and performance.
- Configure and monitor instruments, equipment, and environmental conditions.
- Organize and supervise confirmation and verification of testing methods.
- Estimate measurement uncertainty for test parameters and prepare scope for new parameters.
- Manage control of non-conformity, complaints, and retest requests.
- Maintain a reliable, independent, and service-oriented approach to work.
