Manager (Finance and Account)
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance professional to manage lender coordination and financial data handling. The role primarily involves preparing, validating, and submitting financial data to lenders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in financial documentation, MIS reporting, and credit-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan-related processes
Prepare and submit financial data, reports, and documents required by lenders
Assist in the preparation of Credit Appraisal Memos (CAM) and loan proposals
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements before submission
Analyze financial data including Balance Sheets, P&L Statements, and Cash Flow Statements
Prepare and maintain MIS reports for internal tracking and decision-making
Monitor loan status, disbursement processes, and documentation compliance
Liaise with internal departments for data collection and verification
Ensure timely submission of all lender requirements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of MIS Reporting, CAM, Financial Statements, and Loan Processes
Good understanding of Balance Sheet analysis and financial ratios
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, data analysis, reporting)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Preferred Candidate Profile
MBA in Finance with 4–5 years of relevant experience
Prior experience in lender coordination / banking / NBFC / real estate finance preferred
Exposure to loan processing, financial documentation, and reporting
