Manager / Data Engineer - Data Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable and efficient data architectures aligned with business and healthcare requirements
• Develop, manage, and optimize large-scale data pipelines and ETL workflows
• Build and maintain data models and enterprise data warehousing solutions
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency through validation, monitoring, and testing frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and analytics to define data requirements
• Lead and mentor junior data engineers and provide technical guidance
• Implement best practices for data engineering, storage, processing, and integration
• Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline, performance, and architecture issues
• Support development of real-time and batch data processing systems
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and healthcare data standards
