Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team handling recurring financial data tasks for front office
- Develop scalable models and perform exception analysis
- Collaborate with tech teams for process automation
- Support research with data gathering, call summaries, and earnings reports
Job Requirements:
- MBA/PGDBA with 3–6 years of relevant experience
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and ability to work independently
- Preferred: Python and experience in project and people management
