  • Independently handling audits, queries, and responses.
  • Experience in automating processes and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Preparing and maintaining MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Providing periodic compliance updates to senior management.
  • Handling trading and demat queries from employees, especially personal trading policy.
  • Conducting training and awareness sessions on policy requirements.
  • Following up with departments to ensure compliance with policies.
