Manager - Consumer Durables

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with OEM partners to drive consumer durable loan business.
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Drive sales and business development initiatives with OEM partners and dealer networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Risk, Operations, Marketing) to ensure smooth execution of processes.
• Monitor portfolio performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Identify market trends and competitor activities to create effective business strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and OEM agreements.
• Travel across India as needed to manage OEM relationships and business opportunities.
