Job Description

  • Documentation: Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to support new initiatives and product enhancements.
  • Vendor Agreement Management: Work with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams, to finalize vendor agreements and ensure seamless execution.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all product developments and business processes adhere to RBI guidelines and other applicable regulatory standards.
  • Governance Risk Management: Oversee business governance frameworks, ensuring smooth execution, monitoring, and periodic updates to align with compliance requirements.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between business, product, compliance, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency while maintaining compliance and governance standards.
  • Periodic Review Reporting: Monitor product performance, regulatory changes, and business impact, preparing reports for management and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Customer Service Coordination: Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure efficient customer support, issue resolution, and minimal escalations.

Requirements:

  • 9-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Preferably from the banking sector.
