Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Key Account Management: Build and sustain relationships with large customers.
  • New Business Opportunities: Develop plans for market penetration/reach in the respective region to improve market share.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide information on competitors and suggest strategies.
  • Lead Generation: Identify, generate, and convert leads into sales.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily progress reports.
  • Channel Development: Develop channels to drive sales of focus products.
  • Customer Interaction: Travel to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
  • Sales Closure: Utilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales.
  • Target Achievement: Achieve sales and collection targets.

  • Ability to develop and implement strategic and tactical business plans.
  • Hands-on approach with direct responsibility for driving the business.
  • Knowledge of products & services, customer segmentation, and channel management.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Experience in the automotive industry or related field.
  • Knowledge of battery technology and renewable energy.
