• Billing System Administration: Billing managers oversee the administration and maintenance of billing software or systems
• They may collaborate with IT teams to implement upgrades or enhancements, configure billing parameters, and troubleshoot system issues
• Staff Supervision: Billing managers lead and manage a team of billing staff
• They provide training, guidance, and support to ensure staff members understand billing processes, perform their duties accurately, and meet performance targets
• They may also handle staff scheduling and performance evaluations
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Billing managers generate and analyze financial reports related to billing activities
