Job Description
- Extensive experience of business development in India Staffing
- Well versed with all the models of the business (Staffing, MSP, Payrolling)
- Should have generated Rev of 15Cr+ with GM of 35% YoY
- Must be able to convert the connects (large deals in India staffing) from Captives, Large SI, Enterprise clients
- Strong customer base in Mumbai/Pune region
- Must possess a good productive database of decision makers
- Good written and verbal comm skills
- Hands on with MS Excel and power point presentations
