Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job specifications.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, professional networks).
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for specific roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Facilitate and manage the offer process, including salary negotiations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must have 10+ years of experience in US recruitment experience.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional and ethical approach to recruitment
