Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, professional networks).
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate and manage the offer process, including salary negotiations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must have 10+ years of experience in US recruitment experience.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional and ethical approach to recruitment
