Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Travel & living (T&L)
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Travel & Living Process for Genpact Globally.
You will work with the Travel & Living team, T. You will be expected to be focused & ensure compliance with Genpact T&L Policies and set up the T&L process for a new entity or region as per requirement.
Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end Travel & Expense process across global regions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Conduct thorough audits of expense reports to ensure accuracy, policy adherence, and fraud prevention.
Collaborate with employees to facilitate timely expense settlements and resolve discrepancies.
Perform T&E reconciliations and ensure accurate accounting entries in financial systems.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including Finance, HR, and Operations, to streamline processes and improve user experience.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
. Graduate-Commerce
. Good exposure to MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proven experience in audit, finance operations, or expense management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with ERP systems and expense management tools is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
