Mainframe Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives focused on the development and modernization of Mainframe application support
• Supervise and mentor a team of Mainframe developers and support engineers
• Facilitate technical design reviews and architecture discussions for Mainframe applications
• Oversee production support tasks including batch processing, incident management, and problem resolution
• Engage with business stakeholders to collect requirements and define technical solutions
• Ensure application stability, performance, availability, and adherence to organizational standards
• Direct release management, deployment planning, and change management processes
• Conduct root cause analyses for critical incidents and implement preventive strategies
• Support modernization initiatives encompassing APIs, cloud integration, and DevOps methodologies
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, DBA, Middleware, and Operations teams to ensure comprehensive solution delivery
