We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Production Support professional to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining mainframe systems to ensure high availability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the mainframe systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Implement and support system changes and enhancements as required.
• Collaborate with development teams to deploy new applications and updates.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.
• Provide on-call support for production systems as needed.
• Perform regular system health checks and audits.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-9 years of experience in mainframe production support.
• Proficient in COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
• Experience with IBM z/OS and related mainframe technologies.
• Strong understanding of batch processing and job scheduling tools (e.g., CA-7, Control-M).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques for mainframe systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and methodologies for mainframe environments.
