Mainframe MQ Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for mainframe systems, with a focus on MQ (Message Queuing) integration and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MQ-related issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MQ with other enterprise systems.
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance system performance and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning of MQ systems.
• Analyze system logs and metrics to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support when required.
