Machineman/Fitter/Asst.Printer

Key Responsibilities

Machine man / Asst. Printer:

• Operate and maintain printing machines, especially offset printing equipment
• Assist in setup, alignment, and calibration of printing machinery
• Monitor production quality and ensure error-free output
• Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting

Fitter:

• Install, assemble, and maintain mechanical and printing equipment
• Carry out repairs, adjustments, and preventive maintenance
• Read and interpret technical drawings and machinery manuals
• Ensure safety compliance during mechanical operations
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely completion of jobs
• Maintain records of machine performance, repairs, and maintenance schedules
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
