Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using IBM Lotus Notes and Domino technologies.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Lotus Notes applications and databases.
- Perform customization, enhancement, and migration of Lotus Notes applications as per business requirements.
- Create and manage agents, forms, views, and workflows within Lotus Notes.
- Integrate Lotus Notes applications with other systems and databases.
- Manage user access, security, and permissions within the Domino environment.
- Monitor application performance and carry out maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation.
- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and provide training or assistance to end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues, implement solutions, and ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in shift-based support activities, including incident resolution and change management.
