Roles and Responsibilities

• Building & managing the team - optimizing team productivity and achieving team results.
• Sourcing business through open market and through different channels.
• Fulfilling the leads. Implement & develop sales activities to achieve target.
• Executing all the Sales planning and overseeing target allocation.
• Delivering the KRAs
• Effective coordination of business development & promotional activities across the allocated locations
• Ensure implementation of product policy and coordination with Credit, Legal, Product team, Central operations to manage customer journey from sourcing to disbursement.
• Process & regulatory compliance Sales force effectiveness program to build and drive best in class sales force with high productivity

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate with minimum of 12-15 years of relevant Home Loans/ Mortgage experience.
• Understanding of local Market
• Ability to strategize the most optimum method to achieve business objectives for the geography
• Hiring, training and nurturing of an effective sales team
• Knowledge of local geography and laws related to Home loans
• Understanding of end-to-end processes related to customer interface
