We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics Specialist to join our team. The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in logistics, with a strong understanding of supply chain management and inventory control. This position will be based in India.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to customers
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that inventory levels are optimized to meet demand
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that logistics processes are aligned with business goals
• Negotiate and manage contracts with transportation providers and other logistics vendors
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws governing logistics operations

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in logistics operations
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and inventory control
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and laws governing logistics operations
• Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure
