Logistics Executive

Experience Range and Knowledge:

• 5+ Years post qualification in Chemical/Biotechnology/FMCG/Food Processing/Pharmaceutical Industry
• Job Responsibilities:
• Invoicing (e-invoice and e-way billing in Tally) to customers
• Dispatch of consignments, Freight Monitoring and Freight management
• Arrangement vehicle (PTL & FTL) and Negotiation with transporters
• To manage/tracking dispatches
• Warehouse management, Inventory Material management.
• Handling Inward/Outward material record
• Must have hand on experience of Logistics (From invoicing to Delivery)
• Must have knowledge of Computer, excel.
• Must have exposure in email writing.
• Must have experience in multiple Client dispatches.
• Must have exposure on dispatching and transportation of different products line.
• Desired Personality Traits Soft Skills Other Skill Sets:
• Should have good command on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Must have hands-on experience on tally for invoicing.
• Must have Negotiation skills in transportation.
