Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Prepare requirement documents and obtain formal business sign-off
- Design functional specifications and ensure alignment with business expectations
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Collaborate with QA/testing teams to develop system and regression test scripts
- Ensure loan servicing operations are optimized using LoanIQ functionalities
- Evaluate existing LoanIQ features to identify efficiency improvements and underutilized capabilities
- Promote consistent processes and best practices across teams
- Ensure adherence to enterprise governance and compliance standards (HSBC standards)
- Support production teams in resolving LoanIQ-related operational issues
- Assist third-line production support during critical system incidents
