Key Responsibilities We assist clients in tackling quality and productivity challenges, meeting customer expectations, navigating regulatory and operational pressures, and ensuring sustainable business practices by transforming their banking operations into agile and resilient models.

Commercial Banking Operations encompass the daily functions that sustain a commercial bank, including transaction processing, account management, customer inquiries, and regulatory compliance. The objective is to deliver efficient and reliable banking services to businesses, ensuring smooth and secure financial transactions while fostering strong customer relationships.

Develop and implement core banking solutions for applications that facilitate essential banking functions, such as account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals, customer management, and product management.

Qualifications We Seek • A minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in commercial banking

• Willingness to work night shifts

Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Roles and Responsibilities: • In this position, you will analyze and resolve moderately complex issues

• You may create innovative solutions, adapting existing methods and procedures as necessary

• You will be expected to understand the strategic direction established by senior management in relation to team objectives

• Primarily, you will interact with your direct supervisor

• You may engage with peers and/or management levels at a client site and/or within Accenture

• Guidance will be provided for determining methods and procedures for new assignments
