Job Description
- Deploy live site code changes and SQL data changes in conjunction with Release Management, Change Management, and Release teams.
- Identify and support global dependencies such as domain membership, trusts, DNS requirements, and external dependencies.
- Rapidly learn new systems to identify solutions and prevent future service interruptions.
- Independently drive complicated system-related issues to resolution across multiple services and groups with minimal supervision.
- Summarize technical problems and assign cases to internal and external partners as needed.
- Draft and review technical documentation and troubleshooting guides for Tier I and Tier II personnel.
