Customer Retention Executive – Vodafone Process

Process: Vodafone Retention Process

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Week Off: Fixed Sunday Off

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and retention calls professionally
  • Convince existing customers to continue Vodafone services
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide suitable solutions
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and service quality
  • Achieve process targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Update customer information accurately in the system

Eligibility Criteria

  • HSC or Graduate candidates can apply
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service or Sales Process
  • Good communication and convincing skills required
  • Marathi or Gujarati language proficiency preferred
  • Age Limit: Up to 45 years

Salary Details

Marathi Process

  • 17,000 In-hand Salary
  • 1,500 Attendance Bonus
  • 1,500 Language Bonus

Gujarati Process

  • 20,500 In-hand Salary
  • 2,000 Attendance Bonus
  • 2,000 Language Bonus
