Process: Vodafone Retention Process
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Week Off: Fixed Sunday Off

Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and retention calls professionally
- Convince existing customers to continue Vodafone services
- Resolve customer concerns and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain positive customer relationships and service quality
- Achieve process targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Update customer information accurately in the system
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC or Graduate candidates can apply
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service or Sales Process
- Good communication and convincing skills required
