Line Manager - Assembly

We are seeking a highly experienced Line Manager for our Assembly team in India. The ideal candidate will have 13-20 years of experience in managing assembly line operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the assembly line operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and improve assembly line performance metrics.
• Train, mentor, and supervise assembly line staff.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure product quality standards are met.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols on the assembly floor.
• Analyze production data and report on line performance to upper management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience in assembly line operations and production management.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
