Job Overview:
- We are actively seeking skilled LIMS Professionals with 5 to 9 years of specialized experience in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), including LabWare, LabVantage, or STARLIMS.
- The selected candidate will oversee the implementation, customization, integration, validation, and ongoing support of LIMS solutions tailored for laboratory and quality management settings.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Hands-on expertise in LIMS platforms such as LabWare, LabVantage, and STARLIMS.
- Proficiency in LIMS configuration, customization, and administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with laboratory workflows, sample lifecycle management, and testing protocols.
- Experience working with SQL, Oracle, or SQL Server databases.
- Comprehension of instrument integration and interface development processes.
- Experience in system validation, testing, and documentation practices.
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and GxP regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and production support experience.
- Experience in gathering requirements and managing stakeholder expectations.
Technical Qualifications:
- Configure, customize, and provide support for LIMS applications.
- Develop workflows, reports, dashboards, and system integrations.
- Conduct system upgrades, enhancements, and data migration activities.
- Collaborate with laboratory, QA, and business teams to comprehend requirements.
- Prepare validation documentation, including IQ, OQ, PQ, and test scripts.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
- Conduct user training and provide production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LIMS applications.
Additional Duties:
- Experience within Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Chemical sectors.
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and change management processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients effectively.
