Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of programs, ensuring management of program resources, deliverables, quality, stakeholder communication, client engagement, risk mitigation, and budgeting to achieve successful program outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Identify and understand the challenges faced by pharmaceutical organizations and propose innovative solutions to enhance their existing processes.
• Lead and support initiatives aimed at improving organizational SOPs and working practices, as well as guidance documentation.
• Engage with key client stakeholders to maintain relationships and proactively identify business development opportunities.
• Direct sales efforts in partnership with larger teams at Infosys, overseeing the proposal development process, solution design, pricing, client presentations, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
• Create solutions that facilitate the adoption of digital capabilities within life sciences organizations.
• Participate in analyst meetings, industry conferences, and contribute to white papers published in leading industry journals.
• Engage in practice development activities, mentor consultants, and assist in the consultant training and staffing processes.

Technical Qualifications:

• We seek professionals with 8 to 10 years of experience in R&D Clinical Research as a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our team as a Techno-Functional Business Analyst.
• The ideal candidate will have practical experience and comprehensive knowledge of Clinical Data Management and Clinical Trial Operations, including Electronic Data Capture (EDC), Electronic Trial Master File (eTMF), Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), and Study Start-Up (SSU).
• Ability to analyze and convert business requirements into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance system modules.
• Facilitate the integration of EDC, eTMF, CTMS, and SSU systems to optimize clinical trial operations.

Additional Qualifications:

• Exhibit exceptional competence and experience in delivering agile projects utilizing Scrum or other methodologies across the life sciences value chain.
• Previous experience working directly within consulting organizations for pharmaceutical, medical device, or biopharmaceutical clients is advantageous.
• Proficient in IT tools that support delivery, such as CDM, Veeva, Medidata RAVE, Oracle, etc.
