A liaison agent who builds and maintains relationships with Indian Railway, Roadways &
Defense departments to manage the supplied material in the departments.
Handle approvals, permits, and licenses required for business operations.
Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary documentation for submissions.
Follow up on pending applications and expedite processes for approvals.
Attending and starting meetings wherever is required.
Writing correspondence reports to maintain a record of the relevant communication.
Follow up of Purchase orders, supplies, and payments realization from Railways as well
as Industries & dealers.
Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and discussions with the Clients.
Keep updated on changes in laws, rules, and regulations affecting the business.
Manage and resolve any legal or compliance-related issues that arise.
Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to relevant authorities.
Experience in liaisoning for sales in Roadways, Railways & Defense etc.
Strong networking and communication skills.
Knowledge of regulatory processes and legal frameworks.
Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation management.
Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English.
