Job Description
- Awareness of laws, guidelines, rules and regulation issued by RBI, NPCI etc. related to digital products and information technology
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts for Digital banking products or tie-ups of the bank;
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various Information Technology contracts (hardware, software, maintenance services, procurement etc.)
- Analyzing legal issues and issues related to legal risks and providing advisory/recommendation to business teams;
- Legal review and revision of product notes, standard contracts, policies and templates of the bank
- Acting as an interface between external legal counsel and business teams for various assignments or Projects;
- Tracking and updating laws and regulations that are relevant to the Banks business and policies.
