Legal Associate

·      Draft, review, redline, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including:

·      Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

·      Statements of Work (SOWs)

·      Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

·      Software License Agreements

·      SaaS Agreements and Vendor Contracts

·      Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and internal policies.

·      Provide legal support for business transactions, client engagements, and cross-functional operations.

·      Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Delivery, Compliance) to manage contractual risks and close deals efficiently.

·      Assist in contract lifecycle management and maintaining the legal contract repository.

·      Support due diligence, legal research, and regulatory compliance initiatives relevant to the IT/Tech sector.

Key Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) from a recognized institution.

·      Minimum of 1 years' post-qualification experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, preferably supporting IT/Technology clients.

·      Strong understanding of commercial laws, data privacy regulations, and IP-related issues in contracts.

·      Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

·      Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

·      Exposure to international contracting (India/US/UAE jurisdictions).

·      Familiarity with tools like Zoho Contracts or other CLM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

·      Proactive, solution-oriented, and team player.
