Legal Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on legal issues related to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
• Contract Drafting & Review: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements, including shareholder agreements, JV agreements, LLP agreements, MOU drafting, and partnership agreements.
• Advisory Services: Provide legal advice and risk assessments to clients on various legal matters, including corporate governance, business strategies, and regulatory requirements.
• Due Diligence: Assist in conducting legal due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Compliance & Regulatory Matters: Stay up to date on changes in laws and regulations impacting the advisory industry. Advise clients on compliance with applicable laws, including data protection, financial regulations, and industry-specific rules.
