Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging lectures in Hindi language and literature.
• Develop course materials, including syllabi, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate and assess student performance through examinations, projects, and presentations.
• Facilitate discussions and encourage student participation in class activities.
• Provide academic advising and support to students regarding their coursework and career paths.
• Engage in research and scholarly activities related to Hindi language and literature.

Skills and Qualifications

• Master's degree in Hindi or a related field from a recognized university.
• 2-3 years of teaching experience in Hindi at the college or university level.
• Strong knowledge of Hindi literature, grammar, and linguistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students in the learning process.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and use of technology in education.
